Art Classes
After-school weekly art classes for children ages 7 to 17:
Bothwell Arts Center in Livermore, CA
Mondays/Wednesdays 4 to 6pm

Classes are small and supportive, catering for the individual needs of each student. Students develop their creativity by exploration and experimentation, while learning essential techniques of drawing, painting, sculpting and other methods of making art. Critical and creative thinking about the students' own work is encouraged.
In the classes I cover an extensive variety of subject matter and mediums including portraits, landscape, still-life, illustration, working with line, color, light & dark, perspective & depth, realism, collage, abstract art, pencil, colored, pencil, oil paint, watercolor, pastel, charcoal, acrylics and print-making. I have been teaching art for over 11 years at the preschool to university level.
